Each piece is 1 x 1 m. The rug has a color on each side. You can therefore choose to put only the color of one side up. For example, with a RED / BLUE rug you can choose to only lay the red (or blue) side up on the entire surface. A 40mm thick puzzle mat in soft hardness. The mat is intended for training both standing, lying down and where throws occur. This mat is also popular with clubs where you train a lot of standing techniques but submissions and wrestling on the floor are also part of the training. The rugs are lightly patterned to avoid slipping.
